Strict Toes-to-bar

CONDITIONING

5 rounds, each round for time, of:
10 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
20 AbMat Sit-ups
25 Air Squats
Rest 2 mins between each round. 

FITNESS

For 5 cycles: AMRAP in 4 mins of:
30 Row Calories
30 Shuttle Run,10 ms
Bike Erg Calorie
Rest 4 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
