Every 3 mins for 5 sets:

Single arm DB or KB Press x 7 reps / arm
Strict Pull-up x max reps

CONDITIONING

'Blackjack'

20-1 Push-up
1-20 Box jump or Step up

* Round 1 start with 20 Push-ups and 1 Box jump.  Continue in this fashion making sure each round adds up to 21 reps!
