15 DB Push press
30 / 20 Echo bike calories
45 Double unders or Single skips
* 4 min cut off each round

FITNESS

400m Run
30 Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
10 Back 2 Ground Box Jump overs

At 30 min mark - 
3 rounds of:
10 Coffin Sit Ups
10 Leg Raises (MB held over chest)
10 H-Ups
