20 / 15 Echo bike calories
20 Wall balls
* 25 min cap
FITNESS
With a partner -
6 rounds each of:
P1 - Run 400m (or 300m)
P2 - 15 KB swings + 10 Hand release burpees + 15 / 10 Bike erg cals
* Goal is to complete swings, burpees and bike before runner gets back. Swap when runner gets back for a total of 5 rounds of each.
