25 Burpees

FITNESS

100 DB floor press
100 Renegade rows (row only - 1 each side = 1 rep)
100 DB step ups

At 25 min mark -
Every 2 mins x 5 sets:
10 DB curl and press
15 Box dips
30 Bicycles
