1k row or 2k bike erg

5-10 mins:
80 / 60 Cal ski erg

10-15 mins:
100 DB snatches

15-20 mins:
80 Double lateral burpee over DB (jump over and back over the DB)

20-25 mins:
100 DB Sit-ups

25-30 mins:
2k bike erg or 1k row
