New Classes This Week..

Just a reminder that this week we will be trialling some new class times on our schedule. From this week and for the next 4 weeks we are adding a 4pm CrossFit class and a 6am and 5pm Fitness class to our schedule. We are very excited about being able to offer you more flexibility in our timetable and look forward to seeing you vote with your feet by attending the new timeslots. At the end of the 4 weeks we will reassess and make a decision on whether we keep these new times as permanent fixtures on the schedule. Until then though...
