A REMINDER THAT THERE ARE ONLY 2 CLASSES THIS SATURDAY DUE TO THE HOSTING OF THE CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 SEMINAR THIS WEEKEND.  CLASSES WILL BE 5.30AM AND 6.30AM.

Ski 2k in 250m efforts
35 Synchro Burpees
Row 2.4k in 300m efforts
20 Synchro Pull-ups
Bike 5k in 500m efforts
