CONDITIONING

4 rounds of - 

AMRAP in 3 mins of:
600m / 500m Bike erg (1.15 min cap)
then in the remainder AMRAP of -
12 DB STO
6 T2B
or
Double unders
* rest 3 mins after each round
Alternate between AMRAP of DB STO / T2B and Double unders so that you complete 2 rounds of both.
Damper increases each round
Round 1 - 2
Round 2 - 5
Round 3 - 8
Round 4 - 10

FITNESS

In teams of 3 - 

5 rounds each:
250m Ski
200m Run
15 Sit Ups
* Next partner leaves when the partner in front comes back off the run.
