CONDITIONING

5 rounds each for time of:

Row 500m / 400m (stroke rate capped at 24 spm)
35 Air squats
50 Double unders

* rest 2 mins after round and score time taken for each round.

Challenge today is to get intensity on the machine but keep to the stroke rate!!
